How do you express your creativity? Are you a poet or writer? Do you sew, do needlework, or knit & crochet? Are you a creative cook? Do you paint, work in clay, or make jewelry? However you express your creativity, we have something for you here at the Greenburgh Library! Just check out our monthly calendar and you’ll see that there is a program, books, a meet-up or art display that calls to your creative side. We have a poetry series, a GPL Writers’ Community, the Knitters’ Knot and many other options for having fun and finding your hidden talents at the library. Join us and let your creativity happen!!
Take a peek at the second floor display cases where my jewelry collection is on exhibit through the end of June. I design and make jewelry with beads that I’ve collected over the years. (Trust me when I say I have a lot of them!) Color is my starting point, and the beads lend themselves to designs for earrings, bracelets, and necklaces. I hope you like them! Please leave your comments in the book next to the display of beading books — then get started on expressing your own unique talent!
